The Ferox Tanacitas Award
Academic achievements are crucial for every student, but students often face personal and academic challenges. Teresa created the Ferox Tanacitas Award for students who demonstrate fierce tenacity in completing their educational journey. The Award also includes students who continuously demonstrate a tireless spirit and endless courage.
Inspiring Students
Teresa strives to improve the quality of education by instilling outlets and inspirations for our youth to seek out strength and never give up. She invites a plethora of special speakers including members from the Indigenous Community, an inspirational Etobicoke Paralympic athlete and the first Black Canadian woman to serve as MP who initiated Black History Month across Canada. These speakers teach the students about resilience and dealing with life’s challenges.
